Document and explain

Challenge

Clone this project from github: https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms

• Ask copilot to explain what the project does
• Choose some php code files and ask it to explain the code (look in the administrator / components folder)
• There’s a folder called \language\en-GB – can it create one for fr-FR and translate the phrases?
• If you know another language use that and see how good the translations are!
